Privacy Policy
When you support the Evangelism project with EBL Global Ventures, LLC,we collect personal and organizational information such as: name, address, email address, phone number, credit card number, etc. We collect this information so that we can process project donations and ministry contributions.
Donors fill out an online form, which our service staff reviews. We may contact a donor to verify information. The ministry contributions are processed through a credit card processing company. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
EBL Global Ventures, LLC takes every precaution to protect donor information. When donors submit sensitive information via our web site, their information is protected both online and off-line. We do not share donor information for any purpose.
Refund Policy
If requested, EBL Global Ventures, LLC will refund any donation that has not been dispersed to the Evangelism Ministry. We normally disperse donated funds once a month.
Please note that legally, all donations received by EBL Global Ventures, LLC become the property of EBL Global Ventures, LLC. The IRS has determined that for a donation to be tax-deductible it must be given to a non-profit organization and that organization must control the funds after they are donated.
EBL Global Ventures, LLC is dedicated to ensuring that the funds given for a specific child or project will be used for that child or project; however, by law, EBL Global Ventures, LLC legally reserves the right to apply all donated funds wherever it is determined necessary at the discretion of the board of directors.
Changing or Canceling Your Monthly Sponsorship
If a donor selects "I want to make a recurring donation", you will be registering to make a credit card donation every month or year. After you complete this initial donation, future donations will be made automatically. You will receive an email receipt from EBL Global Ventures, LLC for each recurring donation.
If you decide to change or discontinue your donation options we would appreciate hearing from you before you finalize this decision. You can email us at lang5447@comcast.net or phone us at (678) 763-4447. Please include your name and date of change or cancellation. Once we hear from you we will quickly change or cancel your monthly commitment.
Nonprofit IRS 501c3 Status
EBL Global Ventures, LLC is recognized by the IRS as a 501c3 Non-Profit Corporation registered in the state of Georgia. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, less the value of any goods or services received. If you have any questions about the deductibility of your donations, please contact your tax advisor.
Donation Receipts
You will receive an email confirmation of your donation that can be used for tax receipt purposes. However, we will also issue a summary of all donations received from you for the year in January of the following year.
